[25,000 mt Battery-Grade Lithium Carbonate Project Under Construction] The Zijin Lithium Yuan crude lithium carbonate purification project has a construction scale of an annual production of 25,000 mt of battery-grade lithium carbonate. Upon full production, the project is expected to achieve annual operating revenue of 1.9 billion yuan. Construction work is progressing in an orderly manner, with commissioning and completion of debugging expected before the end of this year.

[40,000 mt LFP Cathode Material Project Under Planning] The project entity, Yaan XTC New Energy Materials Co., Ltd., is a core enterprise in the new energy sector of Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. (XTC). The total investment of the project is approximately 3 billion yuan, with a planned annual capacity of 40,000 mt of LFP cathode material. Regarding construction and commissioning time, the project is scheduled to be completed and put into production in 2026.

[860,000 mt Fine Phosphorus-Based New Materials Project Announced] The project construction site is located in Shuyang, Yichang Baiyang Industrial Park, and the project is divided into three phases. Phase I includes mineral processing, sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid, industrial-grade MAP, powdered MAP, monopotassium phosphate, phosphogypsum, and supporting facilities; Phase II includes food-grade phosphoric acid and supporting facilities; Phase III includes iron phosphate and supporting facilities.

[50,000 mt Iron Phosphate Project (Modification) Planning Scheme Announced] Project name: Shandong Taihe Technology Co., Ltd. Annual 50,000 mt Iron Phosphate Project (Modification) Planning Scheme Adjustment and No. 11 Iron Phosphate Production Unit Construction Project Planning Permit Pre-Approval Announcement. Announcement period: June 27, 2025 to July 3, 2025. Production facility modification and new additions: Cancel the original No. 9 Raw Material Tank Farm D (1,160 m²) and No. 10 Liquid Caustic Soda Tank Farm (453.59 m²), and change to No. 11 Iron Phosphate Production Unit 12. The canceled part of the tank farm is transferred to the "Raw Material Tank Farm Modification Project," with the land area remaining unchanged.

[2 Scrap Lithium Battery Comprehensive Recycling and Reuse Production Lines Under Construction] Recently, the official website of the Yingcheng Municipal People's Government in Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, released the first information announcement for the environmental impact assessment of the "Hubei Laistone Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. Scrap Lithium Battery Comprehensive Recycling and Utilization Project." The project is located in the Hubei Yingcheng Economic Development Zone, Yingcheng City, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, with a diverse and rich construction plan, including crushing and sorting workshops, leaching workshops, extraction workshops, and evaporation crystallization workshops.

[10,000 mt-Level Power Battery Second-Life Application Project Arrives] Recently, relevant websites released the first public participation announcement for the environmental impact assessment of the "Hunan Dongting Second-Life Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Power Battery Second-Life Application Project."The total investment in this project reached 30 million yuan, located in the Qionghu Street High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Yuanjiang City, Yiyang City, Hunan Province. The project construction includes a diverse range of facilities, covering production workshops, battery pack warehouses, second-life battery cell warehouses, second-life finished product warehouses, and auxiliary buildings such as offices. Its designed capacity is quite considerable, with an annual processing capacity of 10,000 mt of retired power batteries. After processing, it can produce approximately 7,723.31 mt/year of second-life ESS products, among which the total weight of second-life battery cells is 6,012 mt, equivalent to about 406,490 second-life products.

[300,000 mt Waste Power Battery Project Commences] Recently, the highly anticipated Baisekai Power Battery High-Value Utilization Zero-Carbon Factory project officially commenced construction in the park. The total investment in this project is as high as 3.2 billion yuan, with a planned land area of 380 mu. It boasts strong processing capabilities, with an annual capacity to process 300,000 mt of waste power batteries, and can produce 20,000 mt of battery-grade lithium carbonate, 100,000 mt of recycled battery-grade iron phosphate, and various other new energy materials.

[Annual 300,000 mt LFP Project Announced] The Liuzhi Special Zone annual 300,000 mt LFP project is invested in and constructed by Guizhou Xinren New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 6 billion yuan. It is planned to be constructed in three phases to achieve an annual production of 300,000 mt of new-type LFP materials for power and ESS. This project is a key initiative in the local area, focusing on the main strategy of "Four New" and "Four Modernizations" to drive major breakthroughs in industry.
